Online & Mobile Banking

Not only do eStatements help you go green by viewing them online, but they are more secure and are never delayed due to weather issues!

  • Your monthly eStatement remains available for a full year (12 months) after posting. 
  • Check images will be available for viewing when your statement is available. 
  • Whenever a new eStatement is available for viewing, we’ll notify you via email. 

Enjoy the freedom to pay your bills when, how, and where you’d like. Our convenient Bill Pay service helps you set it and forget it when managing all your bills. 

  • Track when your bills are due and how much you’ve paid previously.
  • Schedule future payments. You can edit or even cancel payments in the future if need be.
  • Create a list of payees to make paying the same people or companies in the future, convenient.

Absolutely! Easily move money between your LSB accounts. Online Banking transfers are another feature that makes your banking tasks super simple. Move excess money to your savings or money market account, or “top off” your checking account when you get ready to head out for some holiday shopping with your debit card.

Login & Security

The following security measures have been implemented to improve your Online Banking security. For your protection, LSB uses a verification code to authenticate users via a text message and/or a voice call to ensure that it’s you trying to access your Online Banking accounts. Customers receive information on the verification codes during the login security setup.

Login Security is an online security feature that provides an additional layer of protection from fraud and identity theft by preventing unauthorized access to your secure financial information. Login Security uses technology to verify your identity.

Login Security allows us to recognize you as the true owner of your account by recognizing not only your login information but also your computer. If we don’t recognize your computer, you will be requested to receive a new verification code sent to your phone either via text or voice call in order to authenticate yourself into the Online Banking experience.

Yes, you can. We support most of the commonly-used browsers. If you log in from a public computer, you will have to use a verification code to gain access.

Yes, this feature does not prevent you from logging in from any computer. If we do not recognize the computer that you are using, then we will simply ask for additional information that only you know (a verification code) before allowing you access to Online Banking.

E-Statements

Registering is easy.

1.) Go to LSB Online Login sign in.
2.) Click Online Services and then click eStatements. It will prompt you to review and accept the terms and conditions.

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you will receive an e-mail confirming your successful registration.

You will receive an e-mail notification whenever a new statement is available for viewing.

Your e-mail notification may be being blocked by your spam filter. Please add the e-mail address estatements@lsb.bank to your safe list. For more information, please consult your spam filter documentation.

Yes! You can print your statement. You can also save them to your hard drive, or CD.

Each monthly eStatement will remain available for viewing for 12 months after it has been posted. After 12 months have passed, your oldest eStatement will no longer be available once the latest eStatement becomes available for viewing.

Once you sign up to be an eStatement customer, all of your accounts will automatically be converted.

Yes! Your check images will be available for viewing at the time your statement becomes available.

We are required to notify customers when their eStatement becomes available for viewing each month. You are responsible for updating the e-mail address we have on file for you if it changes. If it is not updated, your e-mail notification will return to us as “undeliverable.” If we cannot notify you via e-mail, we will attempt to notify you another way. If we are unable to contact you, your accounts will revert back to paper statements.

Your ongoing consent to receive subsequent account statements electronically is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. To withdraw consent, please notify Deposit Operations in writing at 1450 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532. Withdrawal from eStatements shall become effective no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt by Lisle Savings Bank.
